No, that’s a rubbish gift.

Imagine if it was the other way round. Imagine on her birthday morning if she said “so what did you get me?” and he replied “you can have sex with me every night for a year”. She would most likely, and understandably, laugh in his face and repeat the question “seriously, what did you get me?”

Furthermore,

* Do they not have sex anyway?
* What if one night she’s not in the mood?
* If so, will that make him a rapist?

My advice to him is get the ‘gift’ written contractually and witnessed.
