My uncle took the team they (in your case your schools biggest “rival” team) hated and painted a brand new plunger with the logo and colors and then put it in this piece of wood and claimed it as a cup holder. Referring that they’re team was a Piece of shit. It was funny. Got some huge laughs….

And my aunt (this is a lot of work) but she took a barbie doll leg and re created the lamp from “a christmas story”

If you’re really mean a great gag gift is to give someone one half of a pair of something. Like give them one shoe or one sock or one glove but don’t give them the other one. It’s funny to see their reaction to that one.
